The art of letting go
This week we are talking all about letting go. Here's the report for this week:
The new plan is to watch the video - either the first section or whole thing - each day for the next 7 days.
The reason for this is to not just have this information be one more thing to watch and then let go of... but to really hold on long enough to ONE idea to let it percolate, sink in, and then become part of you.
Change is hard. And the truth is we have to not only be very motivated but find a way to do something related to that change every single day.
In this case, repitition works for us more than something new or different.
Don't forget a pen, notebook, and a timer if you've got one. You'll be most successful if you do this at the same time every day - really build it into your life.
Eventually, it will just be part of your process with or without this video or blog page. But they are both here to give you something to focus on as you build this process into your life!
